This is indeed a beautiful capture, serene and peaceful. I like how the low waves make you feel a bit of the breeze and I like the blue tone of sunset.

The composition is good and while I think the picture would've benefited from a discreet frame, this is just a personal opinion and it detracts nothing from the image.

Now to the parts which I believe could be improved.

One of the main focus of the picture is the treeline/skyline and that is slightly out of focus. This could be because of a number of reasons but if the info from the artist's profile is accurate, this is probably just a limitation of the compact camera he used, where customization options are somewhat limited. Or maybe details were lost when the image was resized, that can also happen.

I also believe that the water surface could've benefited from a bit of sharpening, which would've brought out the water texture as well as the treeline reflections.

Still, overall it's a beautiful shot. Great job!
